Brian Paul hails from Portland Oregon, he moved to NY in the fall of 2005. He has been tattooing for ten years , and has been a part of the Kings Avenue crew since the fall of 2008. He most enjoys doing tattoos with either an American traditional foundation or Japanese influence.
